Silver jewelry should, as the name suggests, always be made of real silver, rather than a cheap silver-colored material. The best material here is 925 silver, i.e. a material that consists of 92.5% real silver. The remaining 7.5% is other materials with greater flexibility, such as copper. This makes the material easier to process into jewelry and the finished product is harder and more durable.
In fact, sterling silver and 925 silver are generally the same material, just under a different name. The name sterling silver has its origins in the silver pennies, which are also called sterling.
If there is heavy dirt, you can use a clean microfiber cloth to carefully remove it. If the material is discolored or dirty and cannot be removed with a cloth, you can use a mixture of salt and lemon juice to clean your jewelry. Be careful not to rub the material too hard to avoid scratches or other damage.
