Yes, in each of our 20 branches. In some, our wedding ring lounge also awaits you, a dedicated area with sample rings, Prosecco, and coffee. It is best to book an appointment in advance at your branch.
Yes. You can design your rings in the 3D wedding ring configurator and see every change instantly. They are then crafted in our own workshop. If you would prefer to design them with us, you can do so at any of our branches.
Ideally at least six to eight weeks before the wedding. After your order is placed, we will craft your custom wedding rings in two to three weeks. For complex designs or during peak season, it may take a little longer; we will keep you updated on the current status at all times throughout the process.
Yes. Depending on the model, we can craft your wedding rings in one to three days for an express fee of 25 euros per ring. Just ask us about it, and we will let you know immediately what is possible for your specific model.
Yes, it's very simple. Add the engraving directly when ordering online, or let us know when purchasing in-store.
Yes, adjustments can be made in our workshop at any time. Thanks to our wedding ring configurator and personal consultations in our store, most customers know exactly how their rings should feel for a lifetime before they even make a purchase. If something doesn't fit, however, simply get in touch with us.
Yes, there are two ways to do this. You can sell your old gold and use the proceeds to finance part of your new rings. Or, you can take a more personal approach and have the rings of important people in your life repurposed into your own wedding rings. Simply speak with our experts at the branch or give us a call.
By the way, the idea of using the rings of important people is a very beautiful, emotional answer, and exactly the kind of transformation story that has been missing from the site until now.
Two to three weeks from order. For elaborate designs or during peak season, it may take slightly longer; we will keep you updated on the status. And if time is tight, there is the express order. With that, you will have your rings in your hands in one to three days.
The average ring size for women is 54, which is already a good initial guideline. You can get even more accurate results using two simple methods. Wrap a narrow strip of paper around your ring finger, mark the overlap, and measure the length in millimeters. Alternatively, discreetly bring a ring from your left ring finger to one of our branches, where we will measure it for you immediately and free of charge.
For engagement rings, a free resizing is already included. This is a one-time service, valid within six months of purchase, provided the ring is unworn and has no engraving.
