Order online and conveniently pick up your order at a Feichtinger branch of your choice.
- Delivery to the branch is always free
- No minimum order value
- Personal handover and consultation on site
- Delivery time: 2–5 working days for items in stock
- In exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer
- Custom-made items (e.g., wedding rings, personalized jewelry) require a longer processing and delivery time
- Standard shipping (up to 2 kg): €7.90
- Free shipping on orders over €75 (valid for AT, DE, SI, IT, NL, LU)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

- Return label will be provided via email
Note:
Pursuant to Section 18 (1) item 3 of the Austrian Distance and Foreign Trade Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products (e.g., wedding rings or engraved jewelry).

- Click on "Request return"
- Select return reason and submit
Even after the withdrawal period has expired, you can submit a complaint in the event of flaws or defects:
