Delivery to one of our branches is always free for you, even if your order value is less than € 75 ! Use this option and experience the expert advice of our employees directly on site when you pick up your order.

Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days of receipt. In exceptional cases, delivery times may be longer.

Return
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Click on "Request a return".
- Select a return reason and optionally enter a message.
- Click "Request Return" again.
