Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Feichtinger is an Austrian family business with over 47 years of experience and 20 branches throughout Austria. In addition to our physical locations, our online shop is a key sales channel that we aim to develop further in a targeted manner.
We are looking for an individual to take responsibility for our online shop as if it were their own digital branch – with a focus on sales, product range, customer experience, and continuous development.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the ongoing support and further development of our online channels
- Management with a focus on revenue, conversion, and customer experience
- Planning and implementation of online promotions and campaigns
- Analysis of KPIs and derivation of optimization measures
- Further development of user experience and customer journey
- Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product management, IT, and external partners
- Monitoring of current online trends as well as potential applications for AI and automation
Think of it like a brick-and-mortar retail location: Which products should we present? Which promotions work? Where are we losing customers? What can we optimize?
What you bring to the table
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience with Shopify, Google, and Meta Ads
- Understanding of KPIs, conversion, and the customer journey
- Analytical thinking and a feel for brand, product, and customer
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoyment of taking on responsibility
- Affinity for new technologies and AI
What makes the position special
You will take responsibility for one of our sales locations – just in a digital way.
You will have plenty of creative freedom and work directly on the further development of our digital sales at an Austrian family business with its own jewelry manufactory.
The minimum salary is €3,200 gross per month (based on 38.5 hours), with the actual salary depending on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year.
