Terms and Conditions – Current: 2025 Advent Giveaway

By participating in our online giveaways, you agree to the following general terms and conditions for online giveaways.
The giveaway winners will be drawn at random after the entry period has ended and contacted via the respective platform.
The giveaway duration extends from November 30, 2025, 00:00 to December 21, 2025, 23:59. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.

1. These general terms and conditions apply to online giveaways conducted by Feichtinger Schmuckhandel (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") via the website www.feichtinger-shop.com, the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/feichtinger.schmuckhandel, or the Instagram channel https://www.instagram.com/feichtinger_jewellery/.

2. The rules for each specific giveaway will be published on the corresponding channels or communicated during offline activities (e.g., events). Participation is free of charge and does not involve any obligations for the participant.

3. Participants are (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the context of the giveaway) individuals who are at least 16 years of age, reside in Austria or Germany, and are not employees of Feichtinger Schmuckhandels GmbH. By participating, the participant confirms that these requirements are met.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized tools or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation. In such cases, prizes may be retroactively revoked and reclaimed.

5. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided data (especially contact details). Any disadvantages resulting from incorrect information are borne by the participant.

6. Winners will be determined after the entry period according to the respective rules. In the case of a prize draw, the selection will be made at random from all participants. If the selection is based on subjective criteria, this decision will be made by a jury of the Organizer. The participant accepts the jury's decision.

7. For giveaways conducted via Facebook or Instagram, winners will be notified via a post and/or personal message on the respective channel. If no response is received within one week regarding the claim of the prize, the prize claim expires.
   For giveaways via the website, notification will be sent by mail, email, or telephone. If no response is received within two weeks (postal mail) or one week (email), the prize claim expires. In the case of telephone notification, the prize expires if three calls remain unanswered and no callback is made within one week. In these cases, a new winner will be selected.
   If the prize relates to an event, the response must be received at least three business days before the event date.

8. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for other goods or services, or transferred to third parties. Legal recourse is excluded.
