Conditions of Participation for the Competition

1. Organizer: Feichtinger Schmuckhandels GmbH
2. Eligibility: All visitors to the School & Career Information Fair are eligible to participate. Employees and other exhibitors at the event are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is permitted from the age of 14. Participants who are younger require the express consent of a parent or guardian.
   
   **Consent:**
   By participating in the competition, participants confirm that they have either reached the required minimum age or have the consent of their parents or guardians. In the event of a win, we reserve the right to request proof of consent.
   
   
3. Participation period: The competition begins on October 10, 2024 and ends on October 12, 2024 at 8:00 p.m.
4. Prize: Three Feichtinger vouchers worth €200, €100 and €50 will be raffled off. The winners will be announced or contacted on October 15th.
5. Determination of winners: Winners will be determined by estimating the weight of a bag of jewelry. The contestant whose guess is closest to the actual weight will win first prize, and so on. If more than one contestant correctly guesses the same weight, only the first to guess will win the prize.
6. Notification: The winners will be contacted by email. The right to the prize expires if the winner does not respond within 7 days.
7. Data protection: The data provided will be used exclusively to conduct the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. Minor participants must read the data protection regulations in consultation with their parents or guardians.
8. Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
9. Changes: The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to end the competition prematurely.
