Terms and conditions for the competition
Organizer: Feichtinger Schmuckhandels GmbH
Eligibility: All visitors to the school and career information fair are eligible to participate. Employees and other exhibitors at the event are excluded from participation. Participation in the competition is permitted from the age of 14. Participants who are younger require the express consent of a legal guardian.

Declaration of consent:
By participating in the competition, participants confirm that they have either reached the required minimum age or have the consent of their parents or legal guardians. In the event of a win, we reserve the right to request proof of consent.

Competition period: The competition begins on October 16, 2025, and ends on October 18, 2025, at 8:00 PM.
Prize: Three Feichtinger vouchers worth €200, €100, and €50 will be raffled off. The winners will be announced or contacted on October 21, 2025.
Determination of winners: The winners will be determined by estimating the weight of a bag of jewelry. The participant whose estimate is closest to the actual weight wins the first prize, and so on. In the case of several participants who estimate the weight correctly, only the first one to submit the estimate will receive the prize.
Notification: The winners will be contacted by email. The claim to the prize expires if the winner does not respond within 7 days.
Data protection: The data provided will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. Minor participants must take note of the data protection regulations in consultation with their parents or legal guardians.
Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.
Changes: The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time or to end the competition early.
