Feichtinger Schmuckhandel conducted the independent Great Place To Work® employee survey for the first time this year and was promptly certified. The feedback from employees shows that the dimensions of pride and enjoyment at work were particularly popular. In concrete terms, this means that Feichtinger employees are proud of their own contribution to the company's success, but enjoyment at work should not be neglected.
Our employees were surveyed on the topics of working atmosphere, competence and credibility of management, appreciation, team spirit in the company as well as nationality and ethnic origin .

The aim of the certification is to highlight those companies that have an outstanding workplace culture and place great value on working together. Feichtinger Schmuckhandel meets the requirements of the certification process and was officially awarded the Great Place to Work® certificate in February 2023. The certification also enables job seekers to get to know the company through the eyes of their future colleagues.
