You wear these rings every day
That is why they should suit you. You wear them while cooking, while working, while holding hands. There are eight metals to choose from, from yellow gold to tantalum. Some are particularly durable, others have a particularly warm tone.
Yes, in each of our 20 branches. In some, you can also look forward to our wedding ring lounge, a dedicated area with sample rings, Prosecco, and coffee. We recommend scheduling an appointment in advance at your local branch.
Yes. You can design your rings in our 3D wedding ring configurator and see every change instantly. They are then crafted in our own workshop. If you would prefer to design them with us in person, you can do so at any of our branches.
Ideally at least six to eight weeks before the wedding. After your order, we will craft your custom wedding rings in two to three weeks. For elaborate designs or during peak season, it may take a little longer; we will keep you updated on the current status at all times.
Yes. Depending on the model, we can craft your wedding rings in one to three days for an express fee of €25 per ring. Just ask us about it, and we will let you know immediately what is possible for your specific model.
Yes, it's very straightforward. Add the engraving directly when ordering online, or let us know when purchasing in-store.
Yes, changes can be made in our workshop at any time. However, thanks to our wedding ring configurator and personal consultations in our branches, most customers already know exactly how their rings for life should feel before they make a purchase. If something does not fit after all, simply contact us.
Yes, there are two ways to do this. You can sell your old gold and use the proceeds to finance part of your new rings. Or you can take a more personal approach and have the rings of important people in your life repurposed into your own wedding rings. Simply speak to our experts in the branch or give us a call.
Two to three weeks from order. For elaborate designs or during peak season, it may take slightly longer; we will keep you updated on the status. And if time is tight, there is the express order. With that, you will have your rings in your hands in one to three days.
The average ring size for women is 54, which is a good initial guideline. You can be even more precise using two simple methods. Wrap a narrow strip of paper around your ring finger, mark the overlap, and measure the length in millimeters. Alternatively, discreetly bring a ring from your left ring finger to one of our branches, where we will measure it for you immediately and free of charge.
For engagement rings, a free resizing is already included. This is a one-time service within six months of purchase, provided the ring is unworn and has no engraving.
